TOO MUCH ZUCCHINI? HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THEM!

Courgettes are fruiting vegetables that belong to the same family as melons and cucumbers. The most well-known is the green courgette. With its enchanting flavour, it is perhaps the most versatile vegetable there is. You can use them in a lot of dishes. Get inspired by the following delicious and healthy dishes, worth trying out!

In salads

If you are getting tired of cucumbers, try replacing them with courgettes

Pasta and courgettes

Pasta and courgettes are a classic combination for a reason; they immediately give your pasta dish a southern touch

Make your own pasta

You have probably heard of courgetti; delicious spaghetti strings made from courgettes. Just fry them in a pan or wok and they are ready (or steam them for a few minutes). You can also use these strands to replace lasagne sheets in your homemade lasagne. Deliciously light and super healthy!

Grill them

Grilled courgettes are always a hit, whether in the oven, on the pan or on the barbecue.

You can grill them together with other vegetables (carrots, aubergines ...) after first drizzling them with some olive oil

Turn them into a soup

Easy and quick to prepare, possibly with some other vegetables added.

Stuffed courgettes

Stuffed courgettes are extra delicious! You can put all your leftovers in them: minced meat, diced chicken, rice, Parmesan ...

Quiche or vegetable cake

If you want something festive, incorporate the courgettes into a quiche or vegetable cake

Incorporate them into your brownie batter (you read this correctly!)

Tasty creamy brownies in which you don't taste the courgettes at all. Worth a try!

Bake them into pancakes

These biscuits really bring out the pure flavours of the vegetables.

Got any courgettes left over? Then freeze them. It is best to freeze them with their skins on to preserve their flavour. There is no need to blanch them beforehand.
