Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
While the milk + cream mixture is heating, add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla flavoring to a bowl. Whisk together.
Add the milk + cream mixture to the bowl, along with the eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Once the cream is ready, pour into ramekins.
After filling the ramekins, place them in a dish that fits into the Air fryer. Pour half the water into the dish, to create a water bath.
Place the dish in the Air fryer. Close the tray and program the machine to bake at 300°F/150°C. Bake for 50min.
Remove the creams from the Air fryer, remove from the water bath and leave to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Then place the creams in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Remove the creams from the fridge and sprinkle with brown sugar. Caramelize the surface with a blowtorch.
Wait a few minutes for the caramel to solidify, and it's ready! Enjoy your meal!
