Start by peeling the onions.
Cut them into small, uniform pieces with a mandoline or sharp knife.
Put the chopped onions in a bowl first. Then season with salt, paprika and olive oil. Finally, add the flour.
Mix well until smooth.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper and evenly distribute the cut and seasoned onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F/180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
