Fancy a delicious dish without spending hours in the kitchen? Our Juliette-inspired "lazy" recipe is for you! Ready in a flash, it's super-easy to prepare thanks to a few simple tricks: cut the vegetables while the meat is cooking, and toss the noodles while the filling finishes cooking in the pan. And what's more, it's an ultra-modulable recipe: replace the pasta with sautéed rice, the vegetables with your favorites... Let's be creative! We explain it all in our detailed recipe right here ↓↓ And we'll give you plenty of alternatives in the observations ;-)
Topping: Drizzle sesame oil into a hot pan. Place the ground steak in the pan and allow to brown.
Meanwhile, chop the green onion and set aside.
Chop the mushrooms.
Prepare the sauce: combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin (or cooking sake), honey (or brown sugar), crushed garlic clove and gochujang (or sriracha).
Turn steak over when golden brown. Boil the water for the noodles.
Add the onions (if you like them well cooked, add them after turning the steak, otherwise add them a little later), crumble the meat with a spatula and stir.
Place noodles in a large bowl or airtight container. Pour the seasoning sachet over the noodles. Then pour in the water until all the noodles are covered, and cover for 3 minutes (or more, depending on the noodle pack; follow package directions).
While the noodles are cooking, add the mushrooms and stir the filling regularly.
Drain the noodles and add them to the pan. Add the sauce and stir for a few minutes to combine the ingredients.
Serve in a bowl or soup plate, sprinkled with green onions (or chives) and sesame seeds. And it's ready!
