A cold soup to refresh your lunch!
Peel the cucumber and cut it in 4. Put the pieces in the blender.
Add the yogurt, the fresh mint leaves, the garlic clove, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper. Blend until smooth.
Verser la soupe dans un bol, décorer d'une feuille de menthe. A déguster bien frais ! Pour the soup in a bowl and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
