Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Peel the cucumber and cut it in 4. Put the pieces in the blender.

  • Step 2:

    Add the yogurt, the fresh mint leaves, the garlic clove, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper. Blend until smooth.

  • Step 3:
