Mix the eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on. Fold the sandwich bread slices in half and arrange them side by side in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with pink pralines (you can also add more brown sugar on top).
