BAKED FRENCH TOAST CROISSANTS

The perfect recipe to start the day with a big smile ! A simple recipe you'll love to eat with a latte or a tea :D

Ingredients

Topping :

  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • Incing sugar (to decorate)

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Cut the croissant in halves and put the bottoms in a gratin dish.

  • Step 2:

    Combine eggs, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla.

  • Step 3:

    Pour half of the batter on top of the croissants. then, put the top of the croissants on top.

  • Step 4:

    Pour the rest of the batter in the dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Then, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  • Step 5:

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

  • Step 6:

    Remove from oven, leave to cool down a bit, sprinkle some extra icing sugar if you want to decorate it and there you are, ready for the brunch !
