Add a coffee, a grapefruit, and you have the perfect breakfast !
Mash the 1/2 avocado with a fork in a bowl with olive oil and a pinch of salt and mix well.
Crack an egg in a bowl and put aside. Boil water in a pan with a dash of vinegar. Form a whirlwind with a fork in the boiling water then pour the egg. Cook it 4 minutes, drain and put aside.
Toast the bread. Spread the avocado on top of it and put the poached egg on top.
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and then cut the egg in half. That's it !
